The goal of my research is to investigate how collagen affects vascular and ventricular modeling in pulmonary arterial hypertension. The study involves characterizing ventricular function and hemodynamics and correlating this data to structural components. I am also upgrading the design of our arterial mechanical testing system in order to measure biaxial properties.
